Anyway, I am going to write down some motivators for myself. Y'know, reasons why I want/need to lose the weight.....
- To lessen my migraines! (I'm pretty certain they are mostly brought on by hormones due to the extra weight I carry)
- Have more energy (for myself, my kids and my husband)
- Better the circulation in my legs (have been having probs for about a year now)
- To fit into nicer clothes (I'm tired of not having a *style* and only wearing things because they fit, not because I love them!)
- To lessen the stress on my heart (I am an apple shape, which everyone says is bad for the heart and other organs)
- Detoxify my liver (have fatty liver)
- To help with my social anxiety (I am always feeling self-conscious and bad about myself when around people or out in public)
- Better sex life! (it's alright but I want to be able to do more hehe)
- To just feel better, emotionally, physically, etc.
These are all really important to me and I will continue to read them over and over again. I feel if I keep reading them, they'll stay in my mind every time I want to pick up a bag of chips, or a chocolate bar, or a mac n cheese box!
Tomorrow I will jot down all my goals because well, I need to lose A LOT of weight. I think smaller reachable goals would be better for me to strive for than one big end goal right now.
