I am eating well though, having salads, fruit and making sure I have 2 proteins a day as well. I am also trying to drink a lot of water, but that's not as easy as I had hoped! I want to drink 8-10 glasses a day which equals to about 2.5 litres, but yesterday I only got through 6. I'll try harder today!
So now I just need some hunger craving ideas.....it's too bad I don't have any followers to help lol. A couple of my friends suggested that I brush my teeth more often....which is also good for my teeth, not just my weight! Another suggested that I make a veggie and chicken soup and just keep a pot of it in the fridge ready to heat at any time. I know broccoli is good for you and was thinking of keeping some in the fridge to munch on, but I think soon enough I'd be sick of that. I suppose I could try carrot sticks for now, and maybe celery sticks too.
Anyway, I will need to brainstorm some more ideas. Oh I just thought of one, maybe some diet jell-o (jelly for the Aussies and Brits) in the fridge for when I need a snack. Hmmmm....the possibilities.....
